New MCDC web site launched

Take a look around our new site today to find out more about the Malaria Capacity Development Consortium (MCDC) and our activities.
Use our site to find out about the origins and objectives of the consortium and its partners, and how we plan to improve malaria research capacity in Africa by initiating a new PhD programme for African scientists undertaking research in their own countries.
One of the first tasks of the consortium will be the selection of approximately 20 PhD students who will be trained under its auspices and this web site will be used to facilitate the application and selection processes.
In the near future we will be introducing features to support the students’ training and personal development programmes , to provide links to other research capacity development networks and to each other, and to make available general news about malaria research.
