MCDC Student Workshop

KCMC hosted a two day workshop for its four MCDC PhD students last week.

The meeting was held in the newly established Kilimanjaro Clinical Research Institute building which is located in in the foothills of the snow capped, Mount Kilimanjaro in Tanzania.

The two day workshop was a great oppertunity for students to come together and present and get feebback on their research proposals which are currently under development. Students presented their ideas to colleagues including their advisors and supervisors.

The workshop was also attended by the Executive Director of KCMC, the Provost and Director of Post Graduate Studies.

MCDC Secretariat from London were also able to attend the meeting and catch up with students and MCDC staff.
