MCDC Postgraduate Supervision Course - Moshi

This workshop was jointly organized by the MCDC and KCMC, and was organized for the supervisors and advisors of the MCDC PhD students based at KCMC.

Also invited to partake in this professional development opportunity were the supervisors and co-supervisors of postgraduate research students based in the Faculty of Medicine and Nursing at KCMC. The workshop brought together 21 experienced and new supervisors of students at both Masters and PhD level, and provided a great forum for lively discussion and sharing of knowledge, expertise and experience of postgraduate supervision. The workshop was led by Prof Chris Kapp – a consultant in Staff Development and Training from South Africa .
