Quilibra Leadership Development Programme Workshop held in Uganda

14 October 2014 to 16 October 2014

The start of the Leadership Development Programme (LDP) was held in Entebbe, Uganda on the 14th Oct - 16th Oct 2014.  MCDC funded Quilibra led by Anthony Kasozi, who delivered a 3 day workshop to 12 participants; it started off with introductions to LDP, the sharing of leadership experiences within the group and the practice of reflective learning was exercised throughout.  Overall, the workshop received very positive feedback from the participants and many found it was very useful.
