Pathogen genomics and genomic epidemiology of infectious disease LSHTM short course

The London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine is hosting a short course in Pathogen genomics and genomic epidemiology of infectious disease which is now in it's 5th year running. This course offers hands-on experience of processing next generation sequencing data, GWAS and population genetic analyses. Malaria, TB and MRSA data are used to illustrate the concepts, and there is a strong emphasis on how to implement the methods in practice, with the majority of sessions computer-based.
