Quilibra's 2nd Leadership Development Programme Workshop, Tanzania

The 2nd Leadership Development Programme workshop was recently held in Arusha, Tanzania across three intensive days 9 - 11 Dec 2014.  It was another successful workshop delivered by Quilibra entitled "Equipped to Lead", the workshop focused on moving from the conceptual to the concrete and used clinics to introduce a range of leadership skills with an opportunity in the main workshop to practise some of them.  Everyone felt that they got alot out of the workshop particularly through their Peer Learning Groups.
