APPMG meeting at the House of Commons

The MCDC was invited to present to the All-Party Parliamentary Group on Malaria and Neglected Tropical Diseases (APPMG) at a meeting held at the House of Commons on the 10th Nov '14. Prof Brian Greenwood presented an overview of the MCDC model in strengthening malaria research capacity and this was followed by presentations from MCDC post docs Dr Evelyn Ansah, Dr. Sanie Sesay and Dr Wilson Mandala. The meeting came to a successful conclusion with a screening of the MCDC film which was well received by MP Jeremy Lefroy, Barroness Hayman and other patrons attending.
